What is HT-400 Clamshell Press?

The HT-400 Clamshell Press serves as a manual heat press that professionals widely use in the graphics and textile industries. Its clamshell design allows the top platen to lift upward and press down like a shell.

Heat Transfer Printing Applications

Clamshell has many heat transfer printing applications, such as sublimation printing of metal plates and mugs, garment customisation of T-shirts and uniforms, as well as promotional products like mouse pads, caps, badges, etc.

LCD Touch Screen Display

A new integrated feature in the clamshell press, a colourful LCD touch screen, dialling in option of time up to 999 seconds and temperature above 450° F, displays the current pressure when the operator closes the press. A user-friendly setting where you can also save the settings of your common products.

Free Splitter Stand Design

The model comes with an adjustable lower platen, which sets the garment positioning. It applies uniform pressure on thicker materials, maintains edge-to-edge consistency, and reduces the operator’s work.

Double-Pressing Prevention
