Smart Digital Temperature & Timer Control
The HIX SwingMan 25 comes with a built-in touchscreen controller that makes setup easy. Turn on the press and set the temperature you want. It can reach up to 450 °F and will lock in your chosen temperature within 2 degrees.
Set your cycle time, close the press, and the countdown will start on its own. When the timer reaches zero, a buzzer will sound to let you know. Open the platen and the timer resets immediately, so you can keep working without any interruptions.
Swing-Away Design Built for Operator Safety
Unlike clamshell presses, the SwingMan 25 keeps the heated upper platen away from your face and hands at all times. When opened, it lifts up and swings to the right, completely out of your work area. Swing it back to the left to close, and it locks perfectly over the lower platen every time with less effort.
Consistent Even Pressure Across Any Surface
The SwingMan 25 delivers up to 1,200 lbs of even pressure across the entire lower platen, so every part of your item gets the same force. It handles one large item or several thick pieces at once.
